Construction: 

Tube: Black NBR synthetic rubber.

Cover: Black synthetic oil-resistant rubber (wrapped finish)

Reinforcement: Multi layers high tensile plied synthetic textile with steel wire helix.

Application:

Be applicable to suck and transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, engine oil, heavy oil and other mineral oils at normal temperature.

Characteristics:

The hose is good in flexibility and the body is solid. The hose has the double properties of bearing both the positiveand negative pressure. The performance of the hose remains good even under the pressure of -80kpa (600mm mercury) at the vacuum.   

Packing details: woven bag packing or according to customer's requirment

Delivery detail: within 15 days after receive the deposit

How do we control our quality?

1. Material inspection: All material will be inspected by our Q/C before or when producing for all our orders. 

 2. Production inspection: Our Q/C will inspect all production procedures and production reports will be issued and sent to you.

3. Product and packing inspection: Final inspection report will be issued and sent to you.

4. Shipment advice will be sent to customers with loading photos.
